An Outlaw Monk (Uncommon Champion) at Level 60 damage output is on par with Kael (Rare Champion) who is also at Level 60 with Tier 6 Warmaster Mastery. With the same setup of 3 Outlaw Monks, 1 Speed Champion and 1 Healer, they produce a damage output of 12 million damage on Brutal Clan Boss. Basically, each Outlaw Monk produces 3~4 million damage. I used the free reset mastery to switch to Offense Mastery and Support Mastery to increase Outlaw Monk’s damage 3~4 times.
However, this ultimately changed when you have level up your Outlaw Monks to Level 60. Defense Mastery and Support Mastery are good in the beginning when you are starting out with no Level 60 champions.
